Laurel, Montana
Carbonado Farm is located in South
Central Montana. We are a small facility striving to produce a
natural, willing, and sensible walking horses. We are home
to NFF Echo's Blue
Moon, a TWH Heritage certified stallion. One of only a
handful of stallions with an unbroken topline tracing to
Society's Man.

At Carbonado Farm it is essential that our
horses be sensible as well as natural, as we actively compete at horseback
field trialing along with using our horses around cattle and in the
mountains.

Blue Moon is a black
sabino, not only is he completely natural in his gait, but he is extremely
friendly around the rest of the herd, whether it be covering the mares, or
grazing with the youngsters. Moon is regularly
used for dog training, trail riding, and ranch work. We are looking
forward to training him to drive, as I am in the process of converting an
Amish calf hauling wagon into a wagon to transport field trial dogs at
local field trials.

The mares have all been chosen as to compliment
Moon. They are strong in Red Bud's Rascal and Paige's Echo. We
have two mares by Red Bud's Rascal, one mare by
Chance's Goldust H, one mare by Bud's Sterling
Bullet, one mare by F88's Masterpiece, two fillies by
Society's Dan Allen, one filly by Society's Lee Allen, and one
filly by
Red Bud's Rambling Slim. All of our mares are broke
to ride and used extensively before it is decided to use them
for breeding.
We commonly start several horses a year with
the purpose of selling them in mind. Please feel free to
contact us if we can be of service.
