Judged Pleasure Ride

Daily mileage for judged pleasure rides is less then 25 miles.

Horses will be judged on ability to negotiate natural trail conditions &/or obstacles in a good trail wise manner.

They must demonstrate a free & quiet way of going & must possess willingness to be ridden quietly in company with others. Horses must be asked to back.

Contestants shall be responsible for manners of himself & mount. Ride on the right side of the road; pass other riders on the left.

Judged pleasure ride points are as follows:

  • Two points for TWH receiving first place in a working division
  • One point for second TWH in working division
  • One promotion point for any TWH completing the ride.
