The Water Glass Class

The object is to finish the class with more water in your glass than anyone else.

Each entrant enters the ring holding a full glass of water.

Only one hand is used to hold the glass away from the horse & rider. They are to perform the flat walk & the plantation running walk both ways of the ring.

A noticeable change in speed is mandatory between the flat & running walk,
the horse must be excused if a distinct change is speed is not performed.

Class is called & water is measured at the line-up.

The entrant with the most water remaining in their glass wins.

If there is a tie, the judge will ask the riders to take the rail & resume the ride. He will then call for the canter.

Remember - The hand may not cover the top of the glass.

This class is always a lot of fun to participate in.
